1.采用德國西門子(SIEMENS)840D數控系統。

2.采用靜動*承動平衡高速電主軸（號：ZL2009 2 0063655.8），配置CBN砂輪，實現凸輪軸的80－120米/秒高速磨削。

3.采用高精度高剛度直驅式閉式矩形靜壓導軌（發明公開號：CN201010228669.8），消除了低速爬行現象.

4.工件旋轉軸采用加減速控制方法（發明公開號：CN201010278922.0）（軟件著作權：2010SR004346），提高了磨削精度。

5、砂輪主軸采用內置式在線動平衡。

6.采用金剛石滾輪在線修整CBN砂輪（發明申請號：201110247142.4），提高了機床的加工精度和加工效率。
