OGS掃邊機(jī)主要用途：

該機(jī)適用于玻璃、藍(lán)寶石等非金屬硬脆性材料制作的薄片零件的多面成型拋光，如OGS玻璃掃邊拋光。It’s used for polishing multi-surface non-metal and brittle material, such as the perimeter sides of OGS glass, sapphire, etc.

OGS掃邊機(jī)主要特點(diǎn)：

1.本機(jī)可對(duì)薄片零件的周邊進(jìn)行拋光，一次可裝夾多片。

2.左右兩個(gè)拋光頭同時(shí)對(duì)工件拋光，由伺服電機(jī)通過絲桿驅(qū)動(dòng)拋光頭，相對(duì)工件做插補(bǔ)運(yùn)動(dòng)，拋光壓縮量穩(wěn)定，拋光效率高。

3.左右拋光頭通過直線導(dǎo)軌同時(shí)由絲桿升降機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)做同步上、下直線運(yùn)動(dòng)，使玻璃拋光均勻，不會(huì)出現(xiàn)紋路，拋光效果好。

4.配有噴液裝置，拋光液通過砂泵電機(jī)，從兩個(gè)拋光頭內(nèi)部噴出，均勻的噴射在工件上。

5.拋光頭采用拋光皮制作，可以達(dá)到理想的拋光效果。

6.通過在人機(jī)界面編輯好加工程序，再下載至PLC，PLC就會(huì)按當(dāng)前下載的程序運(yùn)行。

7.采用PLC控制，控制方式靈活可靠。

8.用觸摸屏做為人機(jī)界面顯示報(bào)警和機(jī)床狀態(tài)的實(shí)時(shí)信息；介面友好信息量大。

9.控制元器件均采用24V電源，PLC電源采用隔離變壓器供電，降低外界電網(wǎng)雜波干擾提高了機(jī)床的穩(wěn)定性。

9.24VDC of control components, PLC is supplied by isolation transformer, external electric wave interference is lowered, and the safety of the machine is greatly raised.
