2.采用CBN砂輪磨削工藝和修整技術(shù)，提高工件的加工精度和加工效率。

3.工件進給基于恒磨除率的變速伺服控制，實現(xiàn)加工工件的高精度磨削。

4.上、下磨頭采用大直徑精密滾珠絲桿+伺服電機進給(號：ZL200520050915.X)，進給精度達(dá)0.001mm。

5.磨頭主軸電機采用變頻無級調(diào)速，穩(wěn)定可靠.

6.采用馬波斯在線檢測技術(shù)，提高磨削精度 。

7.床身采用有限元設(shè)計，箱形鑄件結(jié)構(gòu)，吸震性剛性好，熱穩(wěn)定性可靠。

8.冷卻液經(jīng)磁性去鐵—渦旋分離—油冷卻制冷—管道精濾等處理，循環(huán)利用。

9.The cooling liquid can be recycled after the treatment through the magnetic scraper conveyor - vortex separator - oil cooler - pipe filters.
